Registrations and Licenses
The African Kingdoms Federation Non-Governmental Organisations - NGOs: Imperial House - C.I, Imperial House Foundations Africa/USA and USA representative of the Royal House Foundations - R.H.F in South Carolina under responsibility of the Federation Ambassador to the United States of Africa, are registered to the GOVERNMENT of Ghana and Ivory Coast respectively, with IHF-Africa being established and obtaining its respective licenses in:
- 2002 -Formal Registration under Registrar General Office under NGO License Code Act:1963 with Registration No: 0061300,
- 2004 -issued with a Certificate to Commence Business under Provision Sections 27 and 28 of the Companies Code 1963 and entitled to commence with business with effect of 5th October 2004,
- 2004 - issued with a Certificate of Incorporation under Companies Code 1963 (Act 179) - with a Liability of its members Limited by guarantee,
- 2007 -issued under Humanitarian License - Certificate of Recognition as a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) Registration No: D.S.W /3297 issued in 2007 by the Department of Social Welfare,
- 2007- with the IH-CI under the UOCI UE/ACP-Le President du Conseil d'Administration - Cote d'Ivoire, respectively.
- 2008-2009 - Active with Royal House Foundation /RHF - USA the AKF-IHF Projects Operations Financing support arm is active to acquire the full formal N.G.O-P.O status protocols and actively working under the Federations fully Licensed international NGOs, as Mandated by the Federation to the Federation USA Missions and all International Missions.
RHF-USA is an arm of the Federation Foundation with the Portfolio to address all matters of the African Kingdoms Federation and Federation NGO on behalf of the African Kingdoms Federation Head H.I.M Empress Shebah 'Ra - Queen Shebah III and Federation NGOs.
